Contra-Quiosque invites artists to occupy Braga’s closed kiosks through investigations centred on personal or institutional collections and archives.
The intention is to uncover and debate narratives that have been left out of prevailing discourses and representations, namely those of migrants, multicultural communities or LGBTQIA+ groups, as well as ecosystems.
In 2025, these kiosks will form a kind of museum with several centres, spread across different parts of the city, hosting micro-exhibitions as well as parallel activities programmed specifically for each of these spaces.
