On the latest visit of the B25 Guided Tours program, we set out to discover the artistic creations that occupy different spaces in Braga. The tour includes the Shopyard program exhibition, which presents artistic and architectural interventions in some shopping centers within a close radius, opening up new perspectives on these places in the heart of the city. The visit continues with the exhibition by artist Laura San Segundo, part of the Cinex program, which investigates new ways of presenting cinema in the exhibition space.
There will also be an opportunity to see Neo-Drapetomania, an installation by Diogo Gazella Carvalho created as part of the project O que fazemos com isto? (What do we do with this?), which revisits colonial legacies and explores new paths to freedom and identity.
Guided Tours B25 is part of the Braga 25 – Portuguese Capital of Culture Mediation Program/ Mediation: Destino4all – Turismo para Todos
We are preparing a year-long celebration of national artistic creation, in connection with Europe and with the artists and cultural agents from Braga.
