Throughout this year, three gastronomic workshops will combine local and national culinary traditions with flavours from beyond the borders that have arrived in Braga.

This is the proposal of the Porta do comer cycle, part of the Braga 25 Mediation Programme. In this first instalment, a Portuguese chef, Ricardo Pacheco, and a Cape Verdean chef living in the city, Ana Teresa Correia, will jointly reinterpret ancestral recipes from their countries to create a fusion dish. Participants will collaborate in the purchase of ingredients and the preparation of this experience, after which they will be invited to share the meal.
