These creations will now live in shop 33 on the ground floor of the shopping centre, being presented to the city in a joint invitation to reflect on the life of these most forgotten spaces in Braga. The inauguration, on 8 November, will also feature the third and final Shopyard Assembly, in a debate that brings together some of the participants in the process.
The exhibition brings together 16 co-created artistic and architectural pieces developed by Ana Areias, Artristas, BUREAU, Coletivo P22, Colectiva Ta Ta, Gonçalo Araújo, Inês Barros, Kindergarten Coletivo, Maria João Petrucci, Marisa Fernandes, Miguel De, Mónica Faria, Oitoo, Ouest Architecture, Pedro Augusto, and Svenja Tiger. These pieces are the result of an extensive curatorial research process, which included eight workshops, five artistic residencies, and an architecture Summer School.
The opening took place at Shopping Santa Cruz on November 8. The exhibition can be visited every day from 10:00 to 20:00. Entry is free.
