Rui Souza is a chef, a composer, performer, visual artist and researcher.
In these meetings, he challenges the community to join him in rediscovering Minho gastronomy, helping him to prepare a traditional dish or snack. He invites us to eat the landscape, but also to contemplate and drink it. Today, in times of total vertigo, we have almost lost the ability to stop and look, to stop and eat, to stop and contemplate. And what is it to contemplate if we don’t make ourselves a landscape too?
