Cristiana Bierrenbach Lima (São Paulo, 1964) is one of the most important photographers on the contemporary Brazilian scene. In the Comida series, which she presents in Braga, she shows portraits of animals she has eaten: a chicken, a pig, an anchovy, a rabbit.
Throughout 2025, the Fotógrafas Experimentas project will be holding exhibitions at the café next to the Amor & Farinha bakery, dedicated to the experiences of various exploratory artists. During Cris Bierrenbach’s exhibition, an inkjet printing workshop on used paper dialogues with the works on display (17 Jun, 18:00).
