With the aim of linking Minho to Galicia, Castro-Galaico Festival returns for its fifteenth edition, bringing musical proposals based on popular tradition and the Castro, Celtic and Galician roots that are familiar to both territories.
The Nogueiró festival offers a wide range of cultural activities – from concerts with Cantum: Grupo Cante Alentejano from the University of Minho, the Grupo Canto D’Aqui, Ensemble Provinciano, among others, to the Toca a Bombar performance by Bomboémia, as well as the recreation of other moments very typical of this culture, such as a Celtic ceremony and the typical Galician queimada.
