Extremo is a festival with the format of a one-day journey, resembling a short pilgrimage. The program stretches from sunrise to sunset, combining sound journeys, performances and installations and a series of exploratory and electronic music concerts.
Conceived for the border territory between the municipalities of Braga and Guimarães, the festival relates to the religious buildings of Monte da Falperra and its scenic and cultural surroundings, blurring the boundaries between municipalities, artistic genres and between art and nature.
