Extremo is a festival with the format of a day trip, resembling a short pilgrimage.
The programme stretches from sunrise to sunset and includes sound paths, performances and installations and a series of exploratory and electronic music concerts.
Conceived for the border territory between the municipalities of Braga and Guimarães, the festival relates to the religious buildings of the Falperra hill, its landscape and cultural surroundings, as well as the community that relates to this territory, blurring the boundaries between the two municipalities, between artistic genres, and between art and nature.
