Sarah Washington and Knut Aufermann are Mobile Radio. Together they have produced radio art for more than 50 radio stations around the world, among other works.
In this workshop, they invite participants to create a collective work of radio art, which will be broadcast on 28 stations around the world. In the first session, Radia, an international radio art network that they both created, is presented, followed by a discussion of the theme to be worked on for a radio programme. During the following week, the participants are invited to make short recordings that they can take to the second session, in which the final piece will be constructed.
