In her professional practice, architect Marisa Fernandes uses drawing and fieldwork to investigate and map how cities and territories change over time, representing the social, cultural, environmental and spatial flows that intertwine within them.
In a participatory cartography workshop, she will guide participants in exploring various techniques common to architectural practice – such as drawing, collage and model-making – to reveal the dynamics of first-generation shopping centres in Braga.
