World Dance Day

To mark World Dance Day, which will be celebrated on 29 April, the Municipality of Braga invites the whole community to take part in a meeting celebrating this artistic form full of expression and movement.

The programme will occupy Praça Braga 25 throughout the day, highlighting the role of art in the communion between cultures, in a year in which the city is the Portuguese Capital of Culture.

This celebration is a time for sharing experiences, open to participants of all ages, and an opportunity to celebrate dance in all its forms, from the traditional to its contemporary expressions.
