Roots Club is renewing its invitation to the act of sharing for the second of a series of events combining talks, gastronomy and music.

Chef and musician Rui Lemos Souza invites you to eat the landscape and, together with anyone who wants to join him, he will prepare a menu of snacks based on Minho’s gastronomic heritage.

The conversation is about traditional Portuguese music. “Where did we come from and where are we going?”, ask musicians Xico Malheiro and Sara Yasmine and José Moças from Tradisom Publishing. The moderator is Armando Sousa.

The meeting closes with a performance by the Canto D’Aqui group, which has been doing important work in researching and disseminating traditional and popular Portuguese music since 1984.
